The #HearMeOutChallenge Community Service Project

The #HearMeOutChallenge is created in conjunction with ACE Human Resources' mission and purpose, all inspired by the personal experience of the owner, Christina Clark when she "hated her job" at 16 years old.  Despite Christina being awarded "Employee of the Month", her manager incessantly harassed and humiliated her in front of co-workers, supervisors and customers. Christina was not only a victim of gender discrimination at 16 years old, but she had no one to confide in (or "hear her out") at work and no confidence in the manager ever changing his behaviors.   

Christina's workplace experience at 16 years old inspired her to study Human Resources, in order to become the employee advocate for troubled employees to confide in, and to teach managers how to be successful as supervisors.

We understand what it is like to wake up and not want to go to work.   This can happen everyday because of ... 

all different reasons! 

Whether you are having issues getting along with co-workers, your manager is treating you unfairly, or you simply can't take any more drama from the team, we are here to listen and help our community to love their jobs again!

Speak confidentially with a local HR expert on how to approach your workplace concerns! The #HearMeOutChallenge is a community service program put together for Central Florida employees to have an outlet to speak their mind about workplace issues, without the threat of judgement or retaliation. The program is derived from our passion for the community "to love going to work every day" and to provide a safe space all employees' concerns to be heard!

Our personal company challenge is to be able to help with a plan of action within 15 minutes! If your workplace issue/concern cannot be resolved within the 15-minute challenged time frame, we may ask your permission to further assist you by anonymously contacting your business manager to work more closely in resolving HR issues. Your name would never be released and all conversation will remain strictly confidential.
